One thing that really impressed me is that they carry a pricing book with them, no giving you a price off the top of their head. It’s nice to see what you are going to pay in black and white and have the work explained before they start.
They are proud to have the best plumbing warranty in the valley, so if you are not 100% satisfied you don’t have to pay. Now that’s something to talk about!
They also offer to do an act of kindness on each service call. They will help you with something that isn’t plumbing related. In my case, I had a light bulb out in a very tall chandelier in my outside entry. The plumber noticed and grabbed his big ladder and changed it for me. Otherwise, I would have had to wait for my window cleaners to come and do it.
These are the reasons I chose Plumbing Masters as my plumbing company. I was very happy with my service and these are the people I trust. These are also the people I will call every single time I need plumbing help.
