We had to have a new tankless hot water heater installed as our old one stopped working and was getting too costly to keep up. Erik with Plumbing Masters came out on Monday, 10/31/2011 and was very professional and nice . He wore shoe covers (booties) in the house and was so clean.
Erik gave us a fair estimate on Monday afternoon and we had a new tankless hot water heater by Wednesday.
It was so wonderful to deal with Erik and I would call on him again when we need help. I was very impressed with Erik"s knowledge of everything he did to get the water heater installed.
Erik removed the old water heater which required a pilot and installed the new natural gas water heater which did not require a pilot. Only uses energy when we use it.
I would recommend this company and I take my ability to say that seriously.

We had the pleasure of having Mike Gerow, "The Professor of Plumbing" visit our home. A neighbor's child had managed to toss something or other down our toilet and Mike handled the problem in an efficient and professional manner. He also left no mess in the bathroom when he was finished.

If only EVERY service-oriented company could offer such courteous, knowledgeable, respectful & well-groomed employees!!! Its so rare in this day & age to see someone who knows his work well, cares about the job he does, and works hard to get it right THE FIST TIME.
Mike G. has been out to our rental twice in the past year, and he has been the GOLD STANDARD of professionalism & customer satisfaction!! He is prompt, courteous, personable, and patient (I don't "know" plumbing, but he explains things in terms I can understand without being patronizing). His knowledge of what he does is EXTENSIVE, yet he is humble & not at all patronizing - to me, that says a lot! (I have had plumbers out to my home in the past that don't want to be bothered explaining, and frankly, probably couldn't explain the problem. None have ever expressed that they wanted to offer any explanation in terms I could relate to!).
Mike did what needed to be done in a timely manner, but was always respectful of our home, and of us & any questions we had. While out at our house, he got a flat tire, and even handled that with professionalism & a great attitude!
Last - but certainly NOT least - of all, we were comfortable and felt safe having Mike in our home. He took care in the areas in which he worked, his behavior was not at all off-putting, and he was pleasant & helpful.
You are to be commended for the work your employees do & the manner in which they do it. On November 30, 2011, I had problems with leaky faucets and shower problems. I called the contractor, Henley Homes, described the problem and he had Plumbing Masters to the home in short order. The problem was explained and resolved. The part was still under warranty. Mr. Erik Goetz, the plumber not only resolved the problems but advised the reason why I had the problems. With no sales pressure by him I decided to purchase the listed products that are on file.
Mr. Goetz was very professional and courteous at all times and explained the procedure he was performing while doing them. I wish also to thank "Connie" who was the service person on the phone I talked to and was not only professional but courteous. Also would like to thank Mr. Kyle Henley of HCH Customer Homes for having the foresight of picking very knowledgeable and professional contractors in the building of my custom home.

The Experience was Painless!
Hello...Yesterday was my first experience with Plumbing Masters. Erik Goetz was dispatched to my home to help with a water leak outdoors I had. Erik made the experience "painless" as possible. He was one of the most pleasant people I have ever met. He took his time in explaining everything to me, prior to starting the work. I really liked the standardized pricing, and felt that company's philosophy is "fair" to everyone. Not the cheapest, not the most expensive but certainly the best quality. I felt totally comfortable in what Erik said about the problem and fixing it. I won't call another plumber from here on out. Erik is "my plumber" now and I will refer your company to everyone I can. I have now used Plumbing Masters twice; both for leaks. The first time was a broken water softener and the second was for a broken water heater. Seniors Searching for a knowledgeable, polite, ON TIME, qualified plumber need to ask for Erik Goetz at Plumbing Masters!
The receptionist told me to expect his call in 5 minutes - ON TIME, she said he would stop by at 6PM same day, if running late from previous job, I will get a call with ETA, - AGAIN ON TIME!
He checked to see if it could be repaired first (showed me the problems) he explained all my options, cost, warranty coverage, answered all of my questions without hesitation, pointed out the importance of being able to shut the water off to my house in an emergency. He replaced the shut off valve to my house, installed a new USA made water heater, removed the old one & left no mess behind (he even wears booties covering his shoes inside my house).
It's nice to know if I need any repairs or service in the future, I can depend on him & ask for him by name. He has years of plumbing experience & I can assure you, you will not be disappointed in the service or quality from Erik & Plumbing Masters! He appears to take pride in his work & spoke highly of the company which impressed me also.

I have WELCOMED THIS COMPANY to repair/install plumbing needs since July 2010 and have experienced great service and the highest quality installations/repairs to existing.
I have a stack of receipts over 27 years from companies that are very well known about town and they can not touch PLUMBING MASTERS honesty, quality and work! I am now relieved of being ripped off by hundreds if not thousands of dollars for installations that were poor and devices that gave us poor even polluted drinking water!. These old companies got my money, but I believe in KARMA....plus I believe in never going back to them.
PLUMBING MASTERS installations/repairs/ preventative maintenance plumbing is handled for complete safety. It is joyfully obvious the owners have a policy about proper work and code.
Today the company sent me Jim Needham Sr. and Jim Jr. to do my yearly check up, I had concerns about my existing reverse- osmosis unit installed in 2006 by a different plumbing company here in Scottsdale. I religiously changed yearly filters on- time, nevertheless, this unit had badly malfunctioned...the bladder gone in the tank. It was not holding two gallons but hardly giving one! To make matters worse, until a person dis-assembles this and takes it out, only then did my new plumbers see it was installed wrong and the backflow from the dirty sink could enter the water stream of drinking water. UGHHHHHHHHHH! Since 2006...thanks to an old Scottsdale plumbing company......but wait THERE'S MORE:
In addition, I learned that the old system took out the magnesium and potassium in our drinking water OMG!. Current testing has shown reverse-osmosis is literally "dead water".....and since we depend on it for all our cooking, drinking....I am sure it has contributed to a few health issues which developed over the course of five (5) years without having those minerals in our drinking water and a few things unwanted from the original bad install. I tasted a sample of the new water and WHAT A DIFFERENCE! Our bodies need potassium and magnesium. Without it bone loss and high blood pressure rise!
The entire house was checked and the new hoses on the washer are stainless steel. Taking out the old filtration left me with the option of having a soap dispenser so I did that. Holy cow do I have good water, right from my kitchen tap, no "other tap" to push for it...it streams out beautifully. Thanks guys, your great!

Wonderful!
I've heard of Plumbing Masters from TV and the Queen Of Clean, but never called them before. Our hot water heater had been out for weeks and we couldn't afford to replace it right away. I called and Jim was our technician. He took the time to explain everything to us and gave us a great price and performed the work right away! And while he was here we also had him unplug 2 drains and put in a new garbage disposal. He was wonderful! We will never call anyone else ever again!!!

We called them to look at a few concerns we had with our house. The first was a loud water hammer noise that would occur when the irrigation system turned on and off. The second was what we thought to be a minor leak of some sort.
We had a great experience with Pluming Masters. From our first contact all the way through the repair, they were punctual, professional and knowledgeable. They called to set-up a time for an initial evaluation within only a few minutes of us e-mailing them and gave us a window of 7-11 on Saturday.
They then called the day prior to let us know we were towards the top of their list so the plumber would likely be at our house between 7-8 a.m. Jesse, the plumber showed up promptly at 7:10 a.m. and was very professional. He was knowledgeable and helpful and went straight to work. Jesse was great! He stayed until all of our problems were completely addressed and even moved one of the parts he installed to get a better result.
The only reason I gave a B on price is because plumbing repairs are so expensive, but the professionalism was worth the price. It was a pleasure working with a company that values their customers and shows that in their professionalism. We would for sure use them again!

We would hire Plumbing Masters again.
Work performed: Installed a new 50 gallon water heater, relocating from the position of the old one (this move made necessary because of a new AC unit and filter), necessitating new water lines, gas lines, tie-ins, and braces. A 6-year warranty on parts, labor and flushing was included. In addition, the tech installed an "after market circulator pump" with two manifolds at the other end of the house to get us hot water to bathrooms there faster.
Comments: Relocating the water heater with considerable restrictions on space and angles was a complicated job that took the tech longer than expected, but he stayed with it well after a normal day's work in order to get it done for us on the day promised.
The "after market circulator pump" solution to our long wait for hot water to two bathrooms, suggested by owner Patrick Cosgrove, was far less expensive than the alternative solution of a "whole house instant hot water circulator," and has been very satisfactory. The technician Jesse also noticed and replaced a leaky connection on an exterior faucet gratis. A few days after the new heater was installed, we noticed a problem on a Saturday morning. Jesse was on his way to correct it before we were off the phone with the office. Owner Patrick followed through with a call to assess our satisfaction and also a personal inspection, after which he arranged for further bracing to make absolutely sure the new connections would remain rock solid under any circumstances.
The company's "clean plumber" slogan is warranted, and the booties worn to protect our floors were a nice touch, but far more important, this is a company I feel I can trust to provide us with a job well done at a fair price, and service above and beyond expectations. Plus, these are really nice folks and a pleasure to deal with.

Worth Every Cent!
I had to delay scheduling my plumbing appointment because I didn't have enough money for the repair until I received my social security check. I was praying that I would have enough money to fix my problem. When the technician from Plumbing Masters came out he had to use two machines because of all the things I had put down my drain. Dan was a very good person and worked very very hard. He was very considerate and worked with me. My neighbor found a coupon on their website that saved me more money. I am very pleased, it was worth every cent!

I am a new landlord and the first week that my tenants arrived at the house the water heater was not working. I was so stressed out because I got a quote from another plumber who said that I needed to purchase and install a whole new water heater. I needed a 2nd opinion so I called Plumbing Masters and they fit us into their schedule that same day. The technician, Jim, was clean, friendly, and very professional. Even my tenants commented that the technician smelled good, just like the sign on his truck stated. Jim was very thorough and reassessed the water heater to find that the igniter was the only thing that needed to be fixed. I could tell that he was very knowledgeable and even took the time to teach me and the tenant how the heater works and explained what we should do for maintenance. I would like to comment on Andy B.'s work done at my place on 8/28/10. He was on time. His work was that of a professional. He was very tidy. Cleaned up well after his work was done. He put in a very long day ~ till around 8:00PM! Was very cheerful and friendly. Explained the work being done. I was interested in how the big sewer pipe was being installed and he explained it all.

Andy also showed me the results of the picture of the sewer line so I could see all the roots in the pipeline. Unbelievable! Friday, July 17 our main water line to our home sprung a large leak. We had no idea whom to call. Your ad caught our eye. We were advised by your office that someone would be at our home between 5:00 and 7:00 and would call first before coming.
We cannot believe the great service you provide. Your Plumber Paul showed up when he said, repaired the leak and we had water within an hour. He advised to put copper line down and we had been advised by a couple of neighbors prior to our 2nd leak they had copper put in so the problem would not occur again. Paul came the next morning at 5am as he said and did the work. He was very professional.
All that you promised on the phone at our initial call was fulfilled and we are very grateful for the wonderful service we received. We will definitely recommend you.
